Olivier Horiot is one of Champagne’s most distinctive growers, treating the vineyards of Les Riceys with an almost Burgundian focus on place. Alongside Marie, he farms biodynamically, works with old and often overlooked grape varieties, and vinifies individual parcels to let their character come through. His wines are thoughtful, deeply rooted and full of personality, with a sense of curiosity and independence that makes Horiot stand apart from the more conventional houses of Champagne.
