This wine is 100% Chenin Blanc from old vine vineyards planted in the 1970's in the Yakima Valley. A delightful example of New World Chenin Blanc made with the utmost respect and care, full of pear and ripe citrus, while still retaining its classic honeyed note. Pair with shrimp tempura or ricotta salad.

Details

ƒ 40 years of meticulous vineyard management and winemaking experience are the
foundation of our quality and reputation for excellence.
ƒ The grapes were harvested in the cool morning hours and promptly delivered to the
winery and gently pressed in the absence of oxygen.
ƒ The juice was settled, then transferred to ferment at cool temperatures in stainless steel
tank. This wine underwent a partial malolactic fermentation (30%) to soften the texture of
the wine.
ƒ The wine was cold stabilized and filtered prior to bottling.
