100% Arneis. A bright, dry Italian white that shows off the classic Piedmont style of the Arneis grape: pale straw-yellow in the glass with delicate green highlights, and a fragrant nose of crisp green apple, white peach and pear framed by subtle floral notes like acacia and honeysuckle, plus a hint of saline minerality and a touch of almond on the finish. On the palate it’s medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish that highlights pure orchard fruit and minerality, making it very approachable and food friendly. For a food pairing, this wine’s crisp fruit and refreshing acidity make it a great match with fresh seafood (grilled shrimp, oysters or scallops), light pasta with vegetable or pesto sauces, and fresh cheeses like goat cheese or mozzarella. It also pairs nicely with spring vegetables (asparagus, artichokes) or sushi/sashimi, where its brightness complements delicate flavors without overpowering them.
