This 100% Village level Gamay is all hand-harvested negociant fruit and treated with a delicate touch that could only come from Jean-Louis. Carbonically macerated and fermented in concrete using native yeast, creating that trademark crunchy texture of Beaujolais, expressing more and more fruit character after opening. The ideal pairing for this wine, in our humble opinion, is any iteration of a roasted duck dish.
