This Auslese Riesling boasts a complex bouquet of spices, citrus, pepper, and dried porcini mushroom. -hand-picked in the second week of October, immediate pressing, 50% of must fermented with indigenous yeast under cool conditions, 50% fermented with selective yeast, 4 months on the fine lees, bottled in April 2023
-Lower parts of the Ürziger Würzgarten, foothills of the vineyard with humus rich soil, average vine age 80 years
