-Fermentation and maturation in stainlesssteel tanks.
-Age of Vines 8-12 years
-Tasting Notes Peppery notes mingle with clear grapefruit aromas. Well-balanced on the palate with
a pleasing acidity and a delicate herbal spiciness; quite lively on the finish.
