Tropical-inspired Milkshake style DIPA! Touching down at 8% ABV, Palm Tree Sunset is brewed with a touch of Lactose, Double Dry Hopped with Citra and Mosaic, and conditioned on a ton of lush Soursop and Guava Purée. The addition of soursop—a fruit that tastes like a dreamy blend of pineapple, banana, and citrus—is a flavorful nod to our head brewer Jorge’s childhood growing up in Puerto Rico, where soursop juice was a go-to treat. Dropping just in time for the summer heat, this one tastes like vacation in a can.
Pouring a saturated yellow-orange with a creamy white head, this beer delivers big, juicy aromas straight out of the tropics. Combined with the bright, floral sweetness of guava and the citrusy punch from Citra and Mosaic hops, Palm Tree Sunset is bursting with notes reminiscent of tropical smoothie, guava nectar, soft banana, and tangy pineapple.
