This wine is 100% Nebbiolo from the commune of Barolo. A classic, built out Nebbiolo, with high acidity and plenty of tannins, this is a great wine for any Piedmont lover. All the trademarks of Barolo are here, tar, leather, cherry, roses and just a touch oak make this bottling truly stunning. Cellaring or a long decant are highly recommended. Pair with a veal, or pork dishes.
