This wine is made of 100% Cannonau. Ripe flavors of black and blue fruit, wild berries, and plum are highlights of this elegant wine. We'd have this with a favorite smashburger, sausage pizza, or Tonkotsu ramen. Cannonau is food friendly and can be paired with just about anything. This is Surrau’s entry level Cannonau and the simplest expression of the grape. Aged in stainless steel and cement for elegance and purity. Cannonau is the primary red grape of the island of Sardegna.

From our Importer: Vigne Surrau’s winery overlooks a property of more than 50 hectares of land covered by vineyards. The project interprets the cellar as a workplace which transforms a product of the land through visible processes, which guarantee genuineness and quality. The architectural project is the result of a harmonious research between building and nature. The building in fact is realized by a sequence of transparent façades and local stone walls which meld with the land.
