This wine is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from Verzenay in Champagne. A delightful Extra Brut full of citrus and a touch of red fruit, with 22% of the Pinot Noir coming from a Solera system there is an even a touch of brioche. Pair with good friends and a bowl full of French Fries.
