Experience the unique flavors of Green & Red Vineyard's 'Chiles Mill Estate' Zinfandel from Napa Valley. Grown with organic methods, this 100% Zinfandel is sourced from the Northwest facing Chiles Mill Vineyard at an elevation of 1000-1200 ft. With Sobrante gravel loam soils, the fruit is carefully sorted and de-stemmed before undergoing a cold soak and fermentation process. Aged in a combination of American and French oak, this wine boasts a 14.8% abv for a perfectly balanced and flavorful taste. Pair with a grilled hamburger.
