This wine is 100% Gamay from a single vineyard in Beaujolais. A delightfully well crafted Morgon, this wine is the epitome of what old vines can achieve when handled properly. Rich with flavors of raspberry, blackberry, leather, and cherry, pair with pan roasted duck breast or fresh summer pasta dishes.

• Traditional, whole cluster fermentation lasts from 3-4 weeks

• Aged for 6-9 months in used oak barrels

• Unfiltered and with no added SO2 during vinification

• Sourced exclusively from the Les Charmes vineyard, the highest altitude lieu-dit in the appellation
