This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, always. It is a very pale color in the glass with white flower and wet stone aromatics. It is incredibly bright, fresh, and delicious Blanc de Blancs, and would make a perfect match with fish and chips.

From the winery: In 1885 Edmond Grongnet acquired the vines and then installed his press, still in its original location.

Since then, 5 generations have succeeded one another at the head of the house, transmitting, like a ritual, the family know-how necessary for the production of their champagne.

From pressing to marketing, each step is carried out with the greatest care, within the property.

Champagne Grongnet finds its origins in Étoges, a typical Champagne village a few kilometers from Épernay where the family carefully and rigorously cultivates its vineyard on ideally exposed hillsides.
