This beautiful sparkling wine from California is 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from the Marin Valley. This wine has a lovely acidity and vibrant fruit that make it a perfect pairing with fried foods and and appetizers. It is also made in the Champagne Method which makes it perfect for celebrations!

Details

• 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
• Sourced from two organic vineyards in Marin County
• Fermented in barrel with native and selected yeasts
• Rested on lees in barrel for 9 months with no sulfur additions, then bottled with fresh yeast and small amount of sugar
• Aged 9 months in bottle before disgorgement and light dosage
• 150 cases produced

This wine is blend of two organically-grown vineyards in Marin County. Growing grapes in Marin county is not for the faint of heart. Marginal (cold) weather, disease, shallow soil, and lack of water all work against viticulture here. We are proud to get fruit from Marin and this wine is our love song to their efforts. Thank you!
