This wine is 40% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, and 25% Syrah from Provence. A classic mineral driven rose, full of flavors of unripe stone fruit, raspberry, and citrus. Pair with a hot summer evening, fresh from the fridge, fish, or appetizers.
