From the producer:

In 2023 we produced a Rosé from two distinct and equally serious vineyard sites. The Mourvèdre, as well as a small portion of Grenache, hails from the Placida Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast (a rare and ‘coldish’ location for these heat loving varietals) while the predominant Grenache component was sourced from the youngest section of the Cemetery Vineyard in Mendocino County. We vinified the in-coming fruit with an immense level of care and detail. The byproduct was fabulous, as the wine came out focused and perfectly expressed our visualization for Newfound’s second release of Rosé.
