This wine is 55% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Marselan, and 5% Grenache, all from old estate vines in the south of France. A beautifully crafted 'champagne style' sparkling rose with notes of cherry, raspberry, brioche, and apple. Perfect for celebrations, appetizers, or rich poultry dishes.
