100% Gamay. A vibrant and expressive Gamay from one of Beaujolais’ most characterful crus. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby hue and bursts with aromas of wild strawberries, crushed raspberries, violets, and a hint of cracked pepper. On the palate, it's juicy and fresh, with soft tannins, lively acidity, and a subtle mineral edge that adds depth and structure. This youthful and charming red is best served slightly chilled. Enjoy with grilled sausages, or a mushroom and goat cheese tart — a versatile and lovely companion for both rustic and refined dishes.
