100 % Syrah, a blend of Syrah grapes from 4 vineyards. Pairs well with Beef, Short Ribs, grilled vegetables, and harder/smellier cheeses. A beautiful organic wine hailing from Californa's coastal Sonoma Valley. All vineyards are farmed using organic and sustainable methods. This Syrah is juicy and leathery with notes of dark cherry and sage with a hint of lavender. The wine is supple and delicious allowing it to drink well in its youth.

From the Winemaker: Our Sonoma Coast Syrah bottling hails from the Clary Ranch, Que Syrah, Baker Lane and Solas vineyards. All four of these amazing sites are located in various portions of the Sonoma Coast region and consistently produce fruit that is loaded with intense character, making this one of our hallmark bottlings. The vineyards are harvested and fermented separately without destemming and upon completion of native primary fermentation the wines are basket pressed to a mix of neutral French oak barrels and concrete for ageing.
