This wine is 100% Trepat from Catalunya, Spain. A vibrant and fresh wine perfect for summer sipping. As the name would suggest this wine is bursting with pomegranate as well as grapefruit and cherry flavors. Pair with lightly spicy foods, or appetizers.

Details

Planted in 2005 on limestone soils surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, the vines follow an ecological viticulture with minimal intervention. The manual harvest took place on October 3rd, 2023. In the cellar we de-stamp 100% of the grapes. After pressing, the juice fermented in 100% inox steel vats in its indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine stayed for 6 months in stainless steel vats with its fine yeasts. Before bottling the wine was gently filtered.
