This wine is 100% Albarino from Spain. Crisp, clean, with plenty of structure. A great alternative for lovers of Chablis this Albarino pops out of the glass with salinity, lemon, grapefruit, and Apricot. Pair with grilled octopus or other fresh seafood.

Details

Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. The grapes were not destemmed before going into a pneumatic press for a low pressure pressing. Fermented with its own yeasts ,without static settling, at a controlled temperature and without the use of any additional product apart from SO2, in 5 barrels of used French oak
