A precise and elegant Blanc de Blanc of 100% Chardonnay. Pale, radiant gold appearance with fine, persistent bubbles. Bouquet of fresh lemon zest, green apple, and white peach, layered with hints of almond, brioche, and subtle honeyed notes. The chalky minerality of the terroir comes through, adding a refined, almost flinty quality, with a touch of wet stone and seashells that lend depth and complexity. The texture is lean yet creamy, with a finely balanced acidity that lifts the wine. The oak aging imparts a delicate roundness, with toasted brioche and a light, nutty edge. The reserve wines add a level of depth, bringing in nuances of pastry dough and a touch of orchard fruit richness. Crisp and refreshing with a taut, mineral-driven finish. The Extra Brut dosage leaves the wine feeling clean and dry, while the chalky, saline minerality lingers on the palate.
