This wine is made from 100% Modra Frankinja/Blaufränkisch. Made in a naturally sparkling pet-nat style, the nose displays the natural yeast which give this wine its ties to the land and strengthen the strawberry and raspberry notes. While this wine is perfectly enjoyed on its own, we also recommend pairing it with soft cheeses, charcuterie platters, and any light pasta.

From the producer: this yeasty, cloudy wine, which shows naturally made bubbles is a light sparkling wine from Slovenian endemic wine variety Blaufrankisch. The nose and taste has a yeasty bouquet, which combines with varietal strawberry and raspberry notes. It is an exciting and slightly ,,fizzy,, sparkling wine.
