This wine is made mostly of Grenache, with Carignan and Syrah. From a husband and wife team in the Côtes du Roussillon in southern France. The wine has bright juicy berry aromatics and a sliky texture with slight gamey undertones, and will stand up to flavorful grilled red meats as well as lighter white meats and stews. It may also deserve a slight chill on those warmer nights. We would pair it with a grilled pork tenderloin with potatoes and leeks on the side.
