This Arroyo/Edna Chardonnay is gives you a different lens to look at California through. Aged in neutral French oak and Stainless steel, you can expect a bright and acidic wine, with a nose of green apple, flint, and sweet peas. On the palette, look for honeydew, lemon tart, and honeysuckle. We recommend pairing this with a cozy shrimp and grits.

Named after a prominent local landmark, Bishop’s Peak, these wines are crafted from grapes grown in small lots in the Arroyo Grande Valley, Edna Valley, Paso Robles, and the Nipomo area. The Talley family, who have farmed in the region since 1948, ensures high quality by combining estate-grown and locally sourced fruit. Known for their exceptional value, Bishop’s Peak wines include popular varietals like Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
