From the Winery: Organically grown Sonoma Coast fruit. Handcrafted in Sebastopol, California. Barrel aged in neutral French oak. Bottled unfiltered. Hailing from the Sonoma Coast, the 2020 County Line Pinot Noir asserts delicacy and structure. Wild plum and cherry on the nose lend piquant acidity to a rich body of anise and cocoa. Aged ten months in neutral French oak, affable tannins blend to create a rounded finish. This wine shares earthly treasures reminiscent of foraged truffle and alpine strawberry. Drink it with anything you love to eat. Recent pairings on the Estate include oyster mushroom grilled cheese and fusilli with tomatoes.
