Experience the pure expression of Sta. Rita Hills with our 2020 'Bloom's Field' Pinot Noir. Grown in the iron rich top-soil and shale bedrock of Bloom's Field Vineyard, this 100% Pinot Noir is organically produced and fermented with native yeast in open concrete tanks. With a Southwest exposure and a blend of Calera, Swan, and Mount Eden clones, this wine offers a complex and balanced flavor profile. Aged for 12 months in 30% new French oak, this wine boasts a 13.8% abv and only 11,448 bottles were produced. Pair with roasted duck or sausage and mushroom pizza.
