100% Aligoté Doré. This wine presents a pale straw color with subtle golden highlights. Its aromatic nose reveals green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, vibrant acidity frames crisp flavors of citrus, pear, and a hint of almond. The finish is clean, mineral-driven, and refreshing, leaving a lasting impression of finesse.
