This wine is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley. An innovative solution to a smoke vintage, this white wine is deliciously complex, a lovely yellow gold color full of Apricot, Orange Peel, and Brioche. Pair with appetizers, or white sauce pizza's.

Élevage: blanc de Pinot noir: six months sur lie in stainless tanks. Chardonnay: six months in neutral French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation complete.
