This wine is 100% Chardonnay from estate vineyards in Coastal California. A new project from famous Sommelier and Winemaker Raj Parr, this wine is layered with notes of saline, jasmine, lemon, green apple, and a touch of snappy ginger. Pair with shellfish, soft cheeses, and grilled pork.

From the Winery:

-The Chardonnay comes from the Phelan Farm Estate vineyards located three miles from the Pacific Ocean on the San Luis Obispo coast.
-Phelan uses a mixed farming approach inspired by permaculture, biodynamics, and regenerative agriculture in our pursuit of healthier soil. This approach includes several holistic measures that draw on the natural vitality of the vineyard and its surroundings. along with no-till agriculture
