The Champagne Barbaries Millésime 2015 by Maxime Ponson is a 'parcel' Cuvée of the Domaine produced. from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the lieu-dit "Les Barbaries", classified as Premier Cru and grown in organic conversion near the village of Ville-Dommange (Petite Montagne de Reims)

Vinified in fûts de chêne and then aged 72 months on its lees, followed by a dosage of 2 g/l-making it an Extra Brut.

The Champagne Barbaries Millésime 2015 by Maxime Ponson is of great elegance and good structure, characterized by delicate fruity and floral notes. A decidedly gastronomic and well-aged Champagne Blanc de Blancs, produced in a limited edition of just 2.500 bottles.
