Azienda Agricola Padelletti is one of Montalcino’s historic estates, with a family winemaking tradition dating back centuries and records of viticulture as early as 1571. Now in its 27th generation, the Padelletti family remains deeply rooted in the town, where its historic cellar sits beneath the family home in the heart of Montalcino. The estate farms vineyards in the northern part of the appellation, an area prized for producing Sangiovese with perfume, freshness, structure, and longevity.

Padelletti is firmly committed to a traditional expression of Brunello, favoring long maturation in large oak rather than new, small-format barrels and allowing the character of the vineyard and vintage to take center stage. Small production and an unwavering focus on quality make the wines particularly sought after by collectors of classic Brunello. The 2020 Brunello di Montalcino, with its vibrant red fruit, floral and savory nuances, fine tannins, and age-worthy structure, is a compelling example of the estate’s distinctive style and remarkable heritage.
