100% Albariño • The first wine Chicho ever produced back in 2009, ‘Equilibrio’ (“balance”) refers to the perfect harmony sought between ripeness, acidity, neutral oak texture, and various soil types • sourced from a 0.5-hectare parcel in Aios on xisto rubio and assorted microparcels in Arra on sand, 60 years of age on average • whole-cluster pressed and fermented spontaneously • no maloloactic • raised for 11 months on the lees in neutral French barrels of 500 to 700 liter capacity • 800 cases produced
