From the importer:
“Sylvere Trichard is a young vigneron who lives in the small hamlet of Blace, a village in Beaujolais. In 2012, after interning with Domaine Belluard and working at Domaine Lapalu, Sylvere took over his uncles 4ha of vines. Since 1998 the 4ha had been farmed organically (certified Ecocert) and biodynamically under the previous domaine called Domaine de Fully.

Sylvere returned to biodynamic farming in 2018. His wines go through semi-carbonic maceration and are aged mostly in concrete vats or large wooden casks. The wines are bottled without fining, filtration or SO2 when feasible.”
