This wine is made from 100% Napa estate-vineyard zinfandel. This wine delights with notes of dried cranberries, fresh-baked raspberry pastries, accentuated with black tea and graham cracker. Aged in 70% American oak and 30% French oak, this wine offers a powerful look into the heart of California winemaking. This wine would pair wonderfully with a chicken döner or lamb with moroccan spices.

From the producer's website: This wine is a blend of Zinfandel from our three terraced mountain vineyards (Chiles Mill, Catacula, & Tip Top Vineyards) overlooking Chiles Canyon. Juicy and approachable, this wine features all the hallmark aromas and flavors of our estate - bright cherries, pomegranate, and laurel bay among others.
