This late-harvest Riesling brings a lovely combination of fine herbal aromatics and fresh citrusy palate. Its naturally high acidity balances out the tangy-sweet flavors of key lime pie, cooked yellow apple, and apricot. Pair it effortlessly with Adrienne's Japanese-style curry or fried chicken cutlets with red pepper flakes, drizzled with hot honey. Key lime pie will also do the trick if you're feeling dessert. Cellaring will reward you as well, as the sweetness and acidity balance out into a wine that will taste like the most perfect apple juice you've ever experienced.

-hand-picked in the second week of October, immediate pressing, 50% of must fermented with indigenous yeast under cool conditions, 50% fermented with selective yeast, 4 months on the fine lees, bottled in April 2023
-Lower parts of the Ürziger Würzgarten, foothills of the vineyard with humus rich soil, average vine age 80 years
