100% Pinot Noir
Sourced from Swan’s 50+ year old Trenton Estate Vineyard, Trenton View, Saralee’s, Catie’s Corner, Ritchie, Solas, DNA and Great Oak, and Tilton Hill
Each block of each vineyard was harvested and fermented separately
15-20% whole cluster
Native yeast fermentation in open top fermenters
Punch downs by hand three times a day during peak fermentation
Average 21 days on the skins
Aged 10 months in French oak (33% new)
2,223 cases produced
Bottled unfined and unfiltered
14% abv
