Our Eola-Amity Hills wine is our version of a reserve wine. The grapes are sourced from several of the best, sustainably-farmed vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. These vineyards vary in soil type and altitude and are planted with a variety of Pinot noir clones. This wine is fermented in small lots with native yeast and aged in French oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered and without the addition of fining agents. Richer and more complex than our Willamette Valley Pinot, this wine pairs well with a variety of foods.
