Platinetti Guido "Guido" Rosso, 2022

Guido is an old vine field blend of Merlot, Croatina (Bonarda), Barbera, Uva Rara, Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Erbaluce. We would pair this with a wood-fired pizza or burgers made your way. Dedicated to the winemaking family's grandfather, the wine embodies the spirit of Ghemme and the surrounding Piedmontese hills, with elegant tannins and flavors of crushed cherries. Each of the grapes are cofermented in concrete with native yeasts, and come together to make a wonderful wine.
