Ridge is back at it again with a lovely mountain Cabernet, primarily from the famed Monte Bello Vineyard. Also added to the blend is 9% Petit Verdot and 5% Merlot Extremely limited yields, and slightly earlier ripening made for a beautiful vintage. To fully integrate its youthful tannins, the wine was aged for 22 months, but still held on to its impeccable fruit. Enjoy now, with pan-seared mushrooms over lentils and a cashew butter, or lay down for a little while to enjoy its potential.
