From the Winery:

• Low intervention husband and wife team based in the Willamette Valley.
• Focused on vineyards that are dry farmed, organically farmed, old, and located in truly cool (temperature) growing sites.
• Working with some of the highest elevation vineyards in Oregon.
• Fermented with indigenous yeast in neutral barrels.
• Minimal additions in the cellar, no additives other than SO2.
• Moderate/restrained alcohol.
