We care deeply at The Wise Old Dog the production of wine, starting from the soil at the vineyard. Decisions at the farm impact the wine in the bottle as much as the decisions made after harvest. The term 'natural wine' is used often as a blanket over wines that are made with minimal intervention from vine to bottle. More specifically, we look for wines grown with sustainable, organic, and/or biodynamic farming practices. Our staff diligently seeks out wine that is free of any additives that don't occur naturally during the wine making process and winemakers who are dedicated to creating beautiful bottles of wine utilizing and protecting the gifts provided and cultivated by nature.
