We prepare simple bistro lentils à la Gordon Hamersley, roast some eggplant, grill lamb burgers, pickle our own sliced red onion, and try to have dinner by the fire.

And, why not? You deserve these last days of coolth in the face of the likely relentless Summer ahead.
